Halloween
October 31 was Halloween and many of our Victoria School pupils dressed up in spooky Halloween costumes and played tricks on unsuspecting staff and pupils!
Here is an acrostic poem written by Leon.
The little children I scare
Roaming at night
In the light of the lamp posts
Creeping in the late night
Keeping their sweets to themselves

Parent/Teacher Evening
Victoria school was buzzing on Wednesday night this week when parents, carers and families came into school to meet with their children’s teachers. Some of our pupils came in with them but were not always happy to be back at school after an already long school day!
What a delight it was to meet families and see brothers and sisters interacting with each other.
Effective education is a real partnership between families and school. We value working in partnership with you to agree priority goals and consistent strategies to achieve them.

Harvest Thanksgiving 2017
We are all feeling the chill of Autumn in the air as the days get shorter and the winds blow cooler. Autumn reminds us that it is the time of year when many crops are harvested and we are reminded to share our wealth with others. This year, many pupils brought in donations of food which were given to St Chad’s. Thank you to all the families who kindly made donations of food to this worthy charity.
