We had a right 'royal' time celebrating the upcoming Coronation for King Charles III.
Our students enjoyed an indoor street party and had great food and music and took part in lots of exciting activities in the afternoon! There were lots of beautifully decorated crowns for the event too.
Friends of Victoria also presented every student with a commemorative medal to remember the event 🥳👑
Thank you to FOVS for supplying the medals and paying towards the cost of the celebrations and events!
We want to create the best environment to foster & grow our students' love of reading. A Go Fund Me donation page with details can be found here:
On June 10th 2023, we will be taking part in a walk around the local libraries in South Birmingham (contact us for more information if you want to join) and would welcome any and all donations that can be made. The funds will be used to completely transform our existing library.
Please share the above link widely to raise awareness of this much needed and exciting project.
Many thanks
We ended the term with a celebration of the fantastic work that's been completed for our whole school topic - European Mediterranean countries Students made Spanish tiles, created their own Mona Lisa & took inspiration from a range of famous artists!
We also explored Greek mosaics, pointillism and architecture! We think it all looks amazing, so a HUGE well done to our class groups for working so hard.
We're pleased to be able to share the Spring newsletter for 2023, which showcases the great work and learning that's been taking place across the 2 schools and college this term.
You can read the newsletter by clicking this link:
We hope that you have a great Easter break and half term and enjoy sharing and reading through the updates.
Many thanks
